  • No, this is an ethical event and no one will be permitted to enter with rabbits. They will be much happier waiting at home for you to return with lots of goodies!

  • Retailers selling ethical, safe and healthy products for your rabbits, lifestyle brands for guardians and stalls held by rescues.

  • The event is run by a team of volunteers linked to various rescues in the UK. Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue founded and funded the event.

  • The majority of your ticket price goes into the running of the event.

    If there is any surplus, this will first be donated back to the rescue stall holders and any further surplus will be shared between the attending rescues and those on the committee.

Vendor/ Rescue FAQs

  • The number of stalls with power access may be limited by the venue. We will confirm with all vendors and rescues whether you need power for your stall and try to accommodate this within the layout of the stalls. No extension lead will be provided

  • Exhibitors will have access prior to public entry to allow sufficient set-up time. More details on timings will be shared with vendors and rescues in due course.

  • There are some requirements related to the venue and insurances including public liability, PAT testing for electrical equipment brought with you and clear allergen labeling of food products for sale. All necessary details will be shared with you upon payment and confirmation of your stall.

    All items being sold must be 100% vegan and cruelty free.

  • The event is run by a team of volunteers linked to various rescues in the UK. Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue founded and funded the event.

  • The majority of the money goes straight into funding the event. Any profit will be split between funding next year and donated to rescues involved.

  • Each stall can have 2 named people enter the festival without a ticket.

  • Yes, ask a member of the team on the day.

  • Yes, just make sure you have someone at your stall.
